Roman Huber studied business administration, marketing  and business management, completing a degree in Marketing Management, after initially having studied electronic engineering.

From 1984 to 2002, he worked in various management roles at Hewlett Packard in Switzerland and internationally in the computer, system and medical areas. From 2002 to 2006, he was Vice President "Area Manager Switzerland, CEE and Turkey" at Computer Associates (CA), entrusted with leading 20 subsidiaries.

Roman Huber joined the firm as a principal in 2006, strengthening the team of consultants, particularly in filling management positions for the information technology, telecommunications, financial services and MedTech sectors.

Roman Huber works intensively on the issue of corporate governance and the changing requirements for boards of directors in the digitalized economy. He has experience in searching for members of boards for well-known, exchange-listed companies and in assembling complementary board committees.

Roman Huber is the majority shareholder of Roy C. Hitchman AG.
