aber:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"styled-list\">\n<li>\u00dcber 80 % der Befragten geben an, dass Gender Diversity einen positiven Einfluss auf die Unternehmensergebnisse habe. Am wenigsten davon \u00fcberzeugt sind kleine Unternehmen mit bis zu 100 Mitarbeitenden. Hier best\u00e4tigen dies lediglich gut 69 %. Die befragten Frauen hingegen stehen zu 96,6 % hinter dieser Aussage.<\/li>\n<li>Bei der Frage, ob die Gewinnung von weiblichen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften im eigenen Unternehmen strategische Priorit\u00e4t habe, sind die Meinungen mit 50,38 % Ja- zu 49,62 % Nein-Stimmen praktisch genau h\u00e4lftig. Die befragten Frauen sind hier etwas optimistischer: 56 % geben an, dass ihr Unternehmen besondere Anstrengungen daf\u00fcr unternehme, Frauen f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungspositionen zu rekrutieren.<\/li>\n<li>Die in der ersten Frage mit grosser Mehrheit bejahte Bedeutung von Gender Diversity nimmt auf der strategischen Ebene also einen weitaus geringeren Stellenwert ein. &#8230;der Default ist nach wie vor m\u00e4nnlich.<\/li>\n<li>Minim besser sieht es im Unternehmensalltag bei denjenigen Massnahmen aus, die Unternehmen treffen, um den Frauenanteil in F\u00fchrungspositionen zu heben: Bei 55 % werden solche Massnahmen bereits umgesetzt (43,4 %) oder sind zumindest geplant (11,6 %). Wird nach Gr\u00f6sse der Unternehmen unterschieden, differenziert sich das Bild weiter: Nur bei 33,4 % der kleineren Unternehmen mit bis zu 100 Mitarbeitenden sind bereits Massnahmen getroffen (27,2 %) oder geplant worden (6,2 %), w\u00e4hrend 66,7 % auf solche Massnahmen bislang verzichten. Bei den grossen Unternehmen hingegen haben 74,4 % Massnahmen schon in die Wege geleitet (70,4 %) oder geplant (4 %).
