She leverages her extensive network and expertise to support us in this field.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Sacha Geier studied\u00a0<\/span><strong><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/medizin.unibas.ch\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">medicine in Basel<\/span><\/a><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0and completed her doctoral thesis in diabetology under Prof. W. Berger. From her initial clinical work as a specialist and later in her career as Chief Physician for Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine, she is thoroughly familiar with the entire acute somatic clinical field in the Swiss healthcare system. Through her transition into hospital management, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">she<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> successfully led multiple hospitals through change, transformation, and challenging digitalization projects. Through the pandemic, she is well-versed in hospital leadership and knows the C-level area comprehensively.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">She values continuous education; she has completed an MBA, attended the\u00a0<\/span><strong><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.exed.hbs.edu\/?utm_source=bing&amp;utm_medium=paid-search&amp;utm_campaign=brand-general-hbs-global-none-exact-cross-device-all&amp;utm_id=core&amp;gclid=87d13b0636ae155d0a985d9f346c5d8d&amp;gclsrc=3p.ds&amp;msclkid=87d13b0636ae155d0a985d9f346c5d8d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">AMP at Harvard Business School<\/span><\/a><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, and earned a master&#8217;s degree in digital and cultural transformation while working.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In her current role, Sacha Geier advises on strategic issues in healthcare with her company\u00a0<\/span><strong><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/nextchange.ch\/#sacha-geier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">nextchange<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> AG<\/span><\/a><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0.
