Roy Hitchman studied chemistry at the University of Zurich and the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur. He has more than 40 years’ experience in executive search and selection.<\/p>\r\nIn 1986, he founded Roy C. Hitchman AG, which was a member of Penryhn International, a global network of independent executive search firms, from 1992 to 2014. Since 1974, he has filled a number of positions on boards of director, management and executive boards as well as all key line and staff functions in a wide range of industries.\r\n
His clients included both multinational groups and owner-operated companies in Switzerland, Germany and other countries in Europe. From 1998 to 2014, he was a member of the Board of Directors of M.M. Warburg Bank (Schweiz) AG, and from 2000 to 2002 he was the Chair of Penryhn International.<\/p>\r\n
Roy Hitchman retired from the operational side of the company in mid-2016.
