Roy C. Hitchman AG was founded as an executive search boutique agency in 1986. It conducts systematic direct searches for managers and specialists exclusively on an assignment basis.
Due to the retirement of our research/office manager, we are looking for someone to support three partners and is an experienced researcher who can also carry out project management and office management duties. The administrative duties include writing quotes and presentations in German and English and managing candidate documents. The employment level is 40%, divided over two days a week (preferably Thursday and Friday). The work location is Zurich. Depending on the amount of work involved, working from home is possible.
- Research potential candidates (social media, various databases) for CXO as well as senior management and specialist positions; create qualified long lists
- Provide project management support for assignments
- Document and perform administrative processing of ongoing assignments and prepare presentations, quotes, specifications, etc. in German and English
- Welcome candidates at our offices in the Seefeld neighborhood of Zurich

We are looking for someone with a sense of responsibility who takes the initiative and works independently, with experience in research. The ideal candidate is Swiss or someone who is very familiar with Swiss culture/the Swiss mindset, someone who is mature and has a winning demeanor and is highly customer- and service-oriented. As this position involves a significant amount of written communication and communication with clients, a strong affinity for language and interest in writing as well as a talent for finding the right words is highly advantageous. Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications is essential as is a willingness to learn about new technical tools/apps. We are looking for someone to help us with project management who thinks and acts in a way that is highly focused on solving problems. Someone who ensures high quality even during chaotic situations and who can, when necessary, work on and prioritize multiple projects at the same time.
