Digitization will have a lasting impact on Switzerland and the world of work.

• When asked how much digitization will have changed the world of work in 2025, just under 58% answered ‘sustainably’ and assume that 30%-45% of jobs will change.
• A good 25% of respondents even believe that the changes will be ‘massive’ and that more than 50% of jobs will change.
• The board members surveyed see this even more dramatically. One-third of the board members surveyed are of the opinion that the changes will be ‘massive’.
